Flora & Fauna Styled Shoot

Morning lovelies,

Part two of the epic three styles shoot I collaborated on in my cpacity as stylist for Dressed With Love,  with Devon based photographer Rosie Parsons. As I mentioned in part one, our Rustic Woodland shoot – we created these to inspire UK Brides and show you how a gorgeous wedding can be created using home-grown suppliers…

The two Kula Tsurdiu dresses worn by our beautiful real Bride Amber, were from Crediton bridal boutique The Ivory Secret, whilst hair pieces were loaned by Natasha Jane and House of Istria – and I got the tiny butterflies for the craft section of a pound shop!

Hair was styled by Claire Hill who created a soft and blousy look in keeping with the overall style and make up was soft an in sorbet tones. The stunning blooms were arranged by Emma Vowles and cakes were provided by Vintage Lace who you can contact on 07851 673378

A huge thank you to all involved and part 3 – Colourful Whimsey – will be on the blog next week!

With Love,

Sarah Boho Bride xx

LOVE the blue flower head piece – can’t seem to find it on the House of Istria website. Is it a one off??

Hi Jill – very gorgeous isn’t it?! The piece is called the ‘Something Blue Vintage Floral Vine’ – I know Charlie has recently launched a new collection, so perhaps it’s not up at the moment – but she’s so lovely – if you drop her an email, I’m sure she can let you know if there’s one in stock or will make one to order. charlie@houseofistria.com xxx
