I’ve more folky fun for you today, so I’m officially naming this ‘folk week’…shame it took me till Friday to think of the concept!
Beetroot is where I found this latest supply of loveliness. It’s a Polish store, run by two Scottish expats, Louise and Helen who’s aim is to celebrate “contemporary Polish design outside of Poland”…and I’m really pleased they have!
The items I’ve featured (above) are really gorgeous homewares, that would translate beautifully into quirky wedding decor…just imagine the impactful Love Sticker placed on a wall behind the top table at your wedding reception, or hang the Wreath Project Lamp from wooden beams for a fete feel. The Folk cushions would look oh-so kitch in the ‘chill-out’ area of a Tipi!
Balloons and bunting make pretty and classic wedding displays, but thinking outside the box can reward you with a wedding scheme that’s really unique and eye-catching. It’s a similar concept to decorating your home – if you fill it with items you love – it will look lovely!
