Stunning Seaside Engagement Shoot to Warm The Cockles of your Heart

It’s freeezing down here in Devon and although I love our beautiful beaches…I’m so happy to tucked up in our snug little cottage! With our stunning shores in mind, I thought I’d warm your cockles with this dreamy seaside engagement shoot, captured by the oh-so-lovely Norfolk  based photographer Katherine Ashdown. Here’s what Kathy had to say…

“This has to be one of my fave E shoots of the summer, gorgeous, fun couple – so obviously in love, woodland, beach, beach huts, blue skies, surf…and ice cream, perfect!

Louise and Chris decided to go to the beautiful Wells Beach to mirror the location Chris proposed (if slightly cooler)… Barbados! We had a fantastic time wandering on the beach on a stunning summers day, with every possible colour beach hut as the backdrop! Then we finished the shoot with the only possible way of finishing a beach shoot…with ice creams!”

I just love the natural styling of this shoot – simple and beautiful…and such a gorgeous couple too! Thanks so much for sharing Kathy xx

Love the colourful beach huts, such strong images. Found your blog through the ‘my big fat gypsy wedding’ post and have spent the last hour reading through it! Got some great ideas and inspiration for my wedding. Thanks x
